Good Friday morning to all!
haven't had a weigh in since Friday the 11th, as have been on a much needed vacation.!! so my weight this week, may not show too much accuracy, as when I returned , I was up to 136# on Monday, lol, after 5 days, my actual weight is at 130.4, which is within the range I'm shooting for, with a (5) day average of 132.4# average.Next week should show a more accurate # as it will be a full 7 days, but at this weight, I'm within my goal ranges as well as my Dr's.
I always weigh in undressed to get a more accurate #, but at Dr. they weigh dressed, so I weigh twice on Dr. appt. days to get even more accuracy.
Hope you all are doing well with your diet's and goals as well. Remember, keep up the exersize too!!
