Decided for the first time to actually take my measurements. I'm really sad that I didn't take any actual measurements or before pictures at the beginning of all this, but oh well!

Weight-151 lbs (yikes)
Bicep-11.5 inches
Chest-40 inches
Upper waist-32 inches
Lower waist-36.5 inches
Thigh-23 inches
Calf-13.5 inches

Definitely not too proud of the weight. I spent so much time trying to get out of the 150's and was SO happy when I was out and now I'm stuck in them again, which is absolutely pure misery haha. But I've decided to really get back on track with my eating and my exercise. My gym just opened a new location 5 minutes away from my house, so now I wont have to drive 20 minutes to the gym, which is absolutely glorious. There is no bigger gym deterrent than having to drive a ridiculously long commute. Especially when winter hits.
I've also decided to up my cardio a lot more, because I hate it and rarely do it. I would rather lift for 2 straight hours than do cardio for 30, but I definitely notice the fact that I haven't been doing it. My muscles form nicely, but I am very quite jiggly everywhere else. The jiggle wont go away until my eating gets better and my cardio increases. Yuck. Its nice though that the new location is so close because now I can just head to the gym after work, get some decent cardio in, and still spend some time with the future hubs when he gets out of work at 6.
Also, as everyone reading this can probably tell, I've told myself I'm going to start journaling more!

Great job, girl! GET IT!! LOL. Yes, the gym being close by is definitely nice! We just moved out to the sticks and my closest gym is the community Rec center, IN ANOTHER TOWN. LOL. I need to go find my tape measurer now because I should have really taken my measurements too. Thanks for writing it down! SOmetimes when your weight doesn't move, everything else is shrinking and toning. Love seeing your journal entries. Keep them coming! <3
