So the past week or two have been pretty bad in terms of eating. Unfortunately with all the sugar and fat I consumed, I went up quite a few pounds, and it wasn't just water weight either, and now I'm stuck again in the 150s. Not a good feeling. Between visiting an amusement park and eating crazy amounts of fried dough, to going on a work trip out to Rochester and eating far too much at the all you can eat buffet, I am a hot mess. It's even worse because now I feel sluggish and have no real want to go to the gym. I know its just an excuse that I'm using, but I just don't feel like going. I havent worked out with my trainer since before the 4th, which is HIGHLY unusual. We have both just been very busy and cant seem to match up schedules. I keep telling myself to just suck it up and spend some time doing some at home yoga or weight stuff, but I just don't want to. I am in this horrible mindset of laziness and all you can eat everything, and I can't seem to snap out of it. Tonight we're going to a local carnival for my lovely fiance's cousins dance recital thing, and I'm just hoping I don't cave and buy a life sized bag of kettle corn, even though it is my fave.

Fingers crossed I get out of this funk!
