Day of rest yesterday, although I got out for a 2km walk late in the day.
Have logged a 7001 step walk today.

Trying not to feel discouraged that I haven't lost an ounce after 12 days of hard work changing my eating habits. But it's not about the weight, it's about developing a way to eat and exercise that I can sustain over the course of the years ahead that it will take to lose the weight. Onward.

Sigh.

When I first started on 1/31/14, it took me just shy of two weeks to lose anything at all. I was a bit discouraged, but once it happened, it consistently came off over the weeks since. I've been stuck at the same weight for a bit now, so I changed up my work out routine. We'll see how that does.
