My mental health really took a hit this week. I was looking to food for comfort and I had one too many kit-kats and sour patch kids. Take care of your mental health folks! Seek professional help if you need to. Slowly getting back on my feet.

I know my mental health can b faceted in by my weight,when my weight is at my peck my mental health isn't at its best.when I'm eating right and exercising my mental health is at its best ..
When the chatting monkeys start ..go for a thirty minute walk,pick up a book or do a sudoku...you have to STOP the chatting monkeys .
