It may not be a huge loss, but it's almost equivalent to two sticks of butter/fat off your body. Maybe you had too much sodium and it's masking a bigger loss. Maybe your hormones are causing your body to retain water. Look over your food diary. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Are you drinking water? Are you eating a lot of processed foods (contain tons of sodium). If you are doing WW, are you eating your daily points every day? You can also lose fat/inches and not see the loss on the scale yet. So many things can effect the scale. Stick with it. Some weeks we have little losses and others big. Some weeks we stay the same and others we don't lose.
