Getting back on track and it feels great! What a roller coaster this month has been! With weight and with life. On the sixth we go very unexpected news that wisconsin was finally going to recognize gay marriage so we got ourselves together and made legal, the commitment we made three years ago. It was an amazing feeling.
Three days later, my 25th birthday which i have been dreading. i've never been much for birthdays, and 25 seems like I should have accomplished much more by now. To my surprise it didn't bother me at all. Got to spend the day with my, now lawfully wedded wife and my brother running around at a waterpark and having one of the most amazing days that I've had, ever.
Another three days pass and I get very emotional call from my mother. She told me that my great grandmother had passed away. I've been having a very hard time adjusting to this, I've been lucky enough to not have much experience with death. I will always miss her.
And now pulling myself together, and getting ready for our trip in August. It will be so many new experiences. So much to look forward to. Time to enjoy some of my progress.
