I worked my butt off yesterday, ate really well and was reward by the scale god! I am thinking I could be in the 150's when I go to Alaska. I am very excited!! I kept my calories low last week n no weight loss, this week they are higher and weight loss. I am almost at my goal. I can't believe I started this journey 8 months ago and have accomplished so much. I still worry though. I worry I will hit 150 and then start to go back up the other way. I am part of me knows this wont happen if I continue doing what I am doing but the other part says you will not be thin n fit you are destined to be fat forever. Now that I am losing weight I want to start doing some runs, like 5ks and other ones. For good causes. I cant wait.
