Monday morning...I was so surprised to lose 2 lbs over the week-end.I didn't do any exercise at all and ate a lot of calories.Stayed completly on program.Gotta love this WOE.Finished my 1 1/2 hr work-out.Seems to be better now that I cut it back to 3x a week.
Roasting some veggies for dinner.Thinking green beans and jicama fries...maybe I'll make some oppsi rolls and have BLT with extra B&T for lunch.
Weather s-cks,cold,wet and rainy.Can't wait for warm weather.

WTG Nonna!! I so appreciate your comments in my Journal, thank you. I love to cook and have really yummy foods so I need to make some adjustments to recipes to get that calorie count down. Today I did eat a lot more veggies so I was glad of that!! I haven't tried those kind of fries, I will. Happy Monday and Congrats to you on super weekend. Here's to a SUPER Week!!
