Monday morning...I was so surprised to lose 2 lbs over the week-end.I didn't do any exercise at all and ate a lot of calories.Stayed completly on program.Gotta love this WOE.Finished my 1 1/2 hr work-out.Seems to be better now that I cut it back to 3x a week. Roasting some veggies for dinner.Thinking green beans and jicama fries...maybe I'll make some oppsi rolls and have BLT with extra B&T for lunch. Weather s-cks,cold,wet and rainy.Can't wait for warm weather. Have a great atkins day. nonna
