I hate it when hormones interfere and I'm basically stuck with what looks like a week or so of no loss in spite of my doing the exact same thing day after day, but I love that my body gets right back on track when everything is said and done.
There's gaining the water weight, and then there's watching the water weight drop, and finally, weight loss again.
