Finally back in the 180's! I reached my first short term goal and I lost an inch from my waist. I'm feeling good about sticking to my calorie counting, although I haven't lost a crazy amount of weight. I'm going to try to do it right this time and lose the weight slowly. Then hopefully the weight will stay off because I have chosen to make food choices that I can stick with for life.
Starting BMI: 30.4 = obese Current BMI: 29.7 = overweight
Thankfully I am no longer considered obese. 30 more pounds until I am considered "normal" weight. I just wish I had a way to calculate my fat percentage.
