Weight still unchanged, but I am not concerned. This is day 6 without a Diet Coke (or any carbonated drink). I have been able to cut most of the bad stuff out but for some reason Diet Coke has been the absolute hardest. Almost a week without though! I have been well under my calorie intake the past few days, around 1000-1100 calories and I am going to try and hit 1200 today. I don't want to eat too little! Still hitting the gym every morning. I work in the tax business so this week has been crazy busy and I am looking forward to a little down time!
