Ok so I've been on a plateau and haven't been logging my food or watching my portions, so I've made a commitment to log for the next 3 days and I'm going to limit my consumption. I think that it comes down to being aware of what your putting in your mouth and when I see it on paper, it really makes a difference in my weight, so hopefully the habit of logging comes back and I can see the results in the effort in the mirror.
