Hey everyone I'm attempting to get back on track today...am going ahead and allowing myself atkins bars but getting totally off sugar and refined carbs...down to 5mg of prednisone a day and just started TOM so here goes...pray for me please I'm still in alot of pain...just had a steroid injection on Thurs and it doesn't feel like it worked
