Mary is back home and had a wonderful adventure. She is such a nature girl. She was one of the kids willing to kiss a banana slug...ewwww.

Flucking fluctuations...lol, Yeterday evening I had egg foo young with shrimp. There is something about Chinese Food dinners that makes my weight fluctuate up. I thought the shrimp and egg dish wouldn't effect the scale, but it did. I even brought some home and have enough for 2 of my meals today. It is interesting how the body fluctuates in weight from day to day depending on water rentention etc.

We're Having a sunny Saturday. Brian and I went to an antique evaluation this morning and had some fun getting appraisals of some of our "Cool" stuff. Back to the house, and clean up. Enjoy your weekend too everyone. TOWANDA!!!!!!!!

Lisa!!!!!! HELLO!!!!!!!! LOL A banana slug? WTH LMAO EWW Chinese food makes me go up in the tootsie bin too! I got one bowl of kimchi soup that I really want but with all that sodium it may be taking it too far LOL unless I eat it on a lifting day to use it ups quicker. Your not really 149 buddy! Get out of the gunker stinker LOL. I like going to flea markets and browse with mom for stuff but this stuff is taking up too much room in a junk shed LOL.

Kimchi soup sounds interesting...I had a Korean friend who exposed me to kimchi and I liked its spicyness. I had a cup of soup, along with shrimp, the non breaded type, and knew it going in that I would probably see my weight fluctuate up...it did. As far as stuff...Stuff is fun, but it ends up owning you, instead of you owning it if one is not too careful...TOWANDA!!!!

Ewww banana slug. She's a brave girl!!!! Probably lots of sodium in that dish. Resturants a bad to add too much and if your not used to it. WOW Take care Lisa and looks like a few quarts of water is in your future... Bren

I can't believe I birthed these babies...lmao...I was always so afraid of bugs, worms etc. and my girls love nature so genuinely its sweet. A lot of nature still grosses this sissy la la Mommy out...I'm drinking lots of water today and getting some aerobic housework in. TOWANDA!!!!

Chinese may put on weight because of so much salt, plus it tastes great - but lots of time when I eat it I'm hungry soon afterward. Spring has arrived in New England at long last. Sacramento is great because it so often sunny there...
