Another day, another opportunity to shine. Not much sunshine here as we have had rainy weather, but the moisture is needed and welcomed. I'm working on adjusting my brain to the possibility I may be at the weight my body prefers and also in learning how to slowing increase my calories. I slept pretty good last night but the dogs started stirring and waking me at 3 am this morning!! UGH!! I finally gave up at 4 and got up and took them outside. That meant I had extra time to work out which was nice. Have a good one!!!

I am having a very clumsy day. I spilled my cocoa on my white shirt, which of course means I must change my clothes. Then while taking food out of the freezer for dinner I spilled my cup of coffee all over the freezer and the wall behind it!! Good grief!! I better be careful today!
