Weight still fluctuating every day. Can't shake my sugar cravings, and the sugar free cookies are far from low carb. But overall I'm still losing pounds so I'm happy. Just wish they'd come off faster. And u know they would if I could kick that sugar addiction! Still a work in progress, but I'm happy for the progress I've made so far. Over 20 lbs gone and finally under 200 lbs...I'll take that!

Slow and steady wins the race! You are the tortoise, not the hare! :) Just remember you didn't gain it overnight. It'll take as long to lose it. Believe me, I'd love a quick fix miracle, but I have come to terms that it will happen if I do it the right way. :)

That's great progress! Sometimes when I read others posts, such as your own, where you've lost 20 lbs, I wonder "how long did it take to gain that" because I bet you are losing it way quicker :) congratulations!
