INDUCTION DAY 4:Lost that first water weight during induction...Now in ketosis. Still working on 8 hrs of consecutive sleep and drinking 1/2 my weight in water...today I am going to a picnic family reunion. I will bring my own salad dressing...just in case! UPDATE: went to a very nice picnic. However, there were alot of high carb dishes. The only smart choice for me was deviled egg...no green salad available, but I did find some broccoli. I was so hungry that I stopped and in-n-out for meat/cheese burger on my drive home @10pm.
