Yay down 3 pounds! I'm so pumped! I think sticking it through and planning well on the weekends was super key! I'm going to keep up on the running 4-5 days a week because that is helping me to off set when I go over points, keep me motivation and overall just make me feel a lot better.

3 pounds in 9 days is huge...the next weekend is already coming up. Hope you are feeling good on it. I'll make you the same deal as last weekend...you post everyday how you're doing and I will be sure to comment. Visualize what's going on Friday and Saturday night and see yourself eating moderately and in control. Play it over and over and then stick to you're plan...Best Jim
