I wish I would lose 10 pounds in a month! Get back on the wagon girl! If you start back on the exercise I bet you will feel a lot better.

It's amazing how much exercise makes a difference, I did well with my RDI this week, but I feel like I barely made it off the couch.
The 10 pound month was for a challenge- I did lose 7.8. I bought a new exercise dvd today and came straight home and did it! It's Bob Harper "yoga for the warrior", an hour. My first crack at yoga, it kicked my butt, I sweated more than I do running.
I think I need a break from running as my main form of exercise. I'm gonna get my exercise ball out this week too. I'm feeling re-energized!
