Up one pound in 15 days, and I'm SO grateful that it isn't more/worse. While a gain isn't ever a good thing in my case, I was terrified that I'd be up by five or more pounds.
Two weeks ago I had a minor surgery that barred me from most of my typical methods of exercise. While I likely could've found alternative options, I simply didn't. No excuses.
On top of that, I seem to eat -worse- when I'm not exercising? I don't have any logic behind it, but my eating as well as tracking were both way off course. Yesterday was the first day back at exercising, and we're aiming for day two today.
