I was voted the leader of my TOPS group last week. Starting in August, I will be the new leader of my chapter. Im looking forward to sharing all the things Ive learned and practice everyday in my life. I have 90 pounds to goal. I will still be fat at that goal, but I had to start with something realistic. It has been 30 days of resetting my mindset. Vacation for 11 days did a job on my diet. but, I know what Im supposed to be doing, and Ive been back to doing it for 15 days. This week I am expecting to see a 4 or 5 pound loss on the scale. I will journal again after my weigh in tomorrow. So far my total is 168 pounds lost since Dec 28, 2012.
