Even worse performance than last month. Only 1.2 pounds lost this month and I don’t think I can even celebrate that till I know for sure it’s gone for good. Still … better than nothing.

@49thstreet; I guess mostly I am mostly annoyed with myself because I know I haven’t been eating properly but am nonetheless disgusted by the inevitable results.

Thanks to my FS family for your unflagging encouragement on good days (and weeks) and bad; and for the many very helpful suggestions! It makes a huge difference; without the support from all of you I might have thrown in the towel completely by now. Today I am feeling motivated again by this last little bit of success and hope to be able to hang on to this refreshed attitude. Love to all! 💗 💕 ❤️

You can do this! I am in same boat....essentially plateaued since Sep 18, 21. Up & down the same 4 pounds. But Nov. is a whole new month. This month I am increasing the protein aiming for 70g daily. And increasing water from 1L to 2.5L daily. Keep at it Grammalaura! We can do this, just one small 'food habit change' at a time! 👌👌👌
