Well done Richard 🎁 I can relate! I also brought a new bike jacket on Saturday .. from a 3XL down to a Medium .. so chuffed and my husband says his fuel consumption has improved now🤣🤣. I'm now down 27kgs .. cant wait to get to 30kg loss then next goal 40kgs .. then I'm done !! Getting there.
