Migraines again ... bummer. I had one on Sunday, one in the middle of day at work yesterday, and woke up at 2 am with one. I'm a little slower getting moving this morning as a result. Fortunately, it has mostly been the aura and not horrid head pain but still so annoying. The aura changes my vision to blurry then I get pulsating lightning bolts that start out very tiny and grow quite large until they are out of my vision again. UGH. So that is that ... I've had them since I was 9 years old so you'd think I would be used to them but I am not.

Other than that life is good!! Just putting one foot in front of the other and making my way through this journey called life. I've noticed I've felt hungrier lately. Don't know what that is all about but I have noticed it. I've been enjoying some fresh fruit which I need to buy more of because I ate the last apple last night!!

I need to get on my elliptical and get this day started!! I have a couple of appointments today but mostly more paper work to do ... I have been so behind lately and I need to catch up!! So ... I better get going here!!! Have a wonderful, loving, accepting day!!!

At least there is not the extreme skull pain. Take care of you so that does not come on. Look at your weight, going down, and down. You go girlfriend. I am so proud of you. :-)

I hope you feel better. I have had migraines since I was 14, they suck. I always feel the need to eat a lot when I have them. You are doing so well in your weight loss. Keep up the excellent work.

Thanks guys! No migraine now for more than 24 hours (knock on wood). Maybe they are gone for a bit again.
