Don't understand this! Trainer is telling me to eat more since I haven't had the energy to complete my workouts and have been feeling light headed. I was on 1525 calories and splurging a couple times a week with 1700-2000. I switched my RDI to 1700 last night but it is scary to eat more cuz I don't want to gain the weight back. I will try what he recommends for a week or two and see how I feel. It is very strange though - ate Dinner Size Lasagna (Olive Garden) Tuesday and Five Guys Burger last night and this morning I saw a 1 lb. loss! I don't understand but I am happy with the loss. The body is a crazy thing.

Lol...but, but, that sounds like a good thing, more calories! You'll figure out what works for you but always go for the energy! TOWANDA!!!!
