I got my colonoscopy done on Monday morning. For all those people that rave about "how much weight you lose doing the prep" I call BS. Besides it's always just water weight anyway and comes right back once you start eating. I am definitely determined to hit my 208 goal and even get below it by Sunday morning. I have laid out an 800 calorie meal plan to follow for the next 5 days. That should do the trick. I really loathe going into the Fall weighing over 200 lbs.
