Thanks, everyone! I appreciate your comments and support! You are all going through what I am going through, so it counts a lot. People in my real life are proud of my weight loss and healthy lifestyle, but it is not something that I can share daily with them. They would get bored with the stuff we discuss at FS. lol So grateful that people come here and help each other. You are the best!

You are so right, Deb. I make it a point to only tell my closest members of my family (mom, daughter) when I hit some pretty major milestone. But the folks on here really do understand all the little ones too. We all share that excitement, and that excitement REALLY helps this process. It does for me, I've got to think it does for everyone on here. Keep on CRANKING!
