About midway through September I decided to change from a weekly weigh in to once a month in hopes that I could develop “trust” with myself on counting calories and not focusing on the scale. Well, I’m happy to say that it did work. I stuck to measuring my food (counting calories, carbs, and serving sizes) and I met my September goal. Woohoo!

Congratulations. I keep telling myself to only weigh in wkly but catch myself weighing in almost daily this week I was able to go a few days without stepping on the scales.
