So Basically what Im doing is eating oatmeal and 2 eggs for breakfast and a grapefruit and oatmeal or grits for lunch with an egg... So far I just started on Friday March 10 ,My starting weight was 143 ..Ive lost 5 pounds so far.. I hope im down to 133 byThursday I know its not possible but im hoping for that..
