Broke past another plateau! I'm almost 3 months down, and just shy of 15 pounds down, which is awesome. I've been a little stagnant lately, probably because I haven't been eating the best, but I am slowly getting there. I've started training for my 5k, and boy does it suck, but already running is getting a little easier. Over the next few days I'm going to go and buy custom running shoes so my feet and legs don't hurt as horribly as they have been. Also want to buy a heart rate monitor/calorie counter thing so I can accurately know what I'm actually losing while I work out. The first time I ran a 5k on the treadmill (like a month and a half ago) my time was 47:27, and this past Sunday when I ran again, I dropped it down to 45:41. My goal for my first actual 5k, is not really a time goal, more so I want to be able to run the full thing. Not crazy run. I just don't want to have to stop and walk. I feel like its a pretty reasonable goal!
