I so contribute it to my busy day and eating so excellent yesterday. It's probably mostly water weight, 'cause I got down to this weight last week, but I had several graduation parties that I attended over the past weekend and shot back up to 285.5, I think my body is just shedding all of the water weight. Still, it's great to see!
