the stressors are still haunting me causing severe spikes in mood, which leads to extremes in eating, and basically starving myself. good thing I see the dr this week, as I'm 4#under my goal and that's not a good thing. lost too much now, to the point I can fit into a boys size 16 shorts!!! was obsessive about weight loss, guess I better get a lil obsessive about some gain, as I'm starting to look anorexic, and that was never the plan!!!
