So with having just the one car the last two mornings my routine has been completely turned upside down, but I managed to still get all my stuff done to prepare for the day. Had my green tea first thing this morning. Made my breakfast with was a handful of strawberries, a handful of blueberries, half of a orange with a splash of v8 splash. I had my Luna "nuts over chocolate" protein bar before lunch. For lunch I had a can of tuna with a serving size of light mayo mixed in with some saltine crackers. I did let myself have a small slice of pizza and a handful of chips and immediately felt bad. Once I came home I made my even smoothie which was carrots, kale, spinach with a splash of the v8 splash. Shortly after I had my green tea. I believe next week I will for sure add in the exercise. Checking out a few gyms within the next couple of days. So excited to start living healthy. Once you get your mind right your body will follow! Have a good night my fatsecret people.
