Hmm, I guess those birthday tamales and margarita sno cones set me back a bit. I don't know if its self sabotage or what but ever since the pandemic began I can't seem to let myself get below 170lbs. If I could it would free my mind of the "obese" label obsession. I used to somewhat maintain between 155-165 and after that spring break that never ended I never got back on track. I am feeling very burned out. Working from home with all these distractions and very little of what made work motivating is destroying my self-esteem and sanity. No privacy, no autonomy, no rest. I don't even actually believe the kids will really go back to school in the fall. 😭 Thanks for listening.

I can't imagine trying to work from home with children in the house! I really hope they go back to school in the fall, because I think my little 5-year-old grandson would really LIKE kindergarten!

i so feel your fustration. i used to maintain at 150-65 as well. i was at 175 post baby at begining of pandemic. working from home with the kids home was doing more homecooking and less fast food and thought i was doing well. my doctor's scale last month said otherwise. i'm over 190...being home all the time working working over zoom gained over 15 lb.
