Coffee in hand. Confession, it is yesterday's warmed up coffee while I wait for the fresh pot to brew! Must stay on task this morning. I have a 7 am consultation/conference call, a webinar to attend on Autism at 9:30, then 2 visits this afternoon. I'd like to squeeze in a few minutes of Pilates if possible but I often find myself writing and reading here and suddenly I'm out of time so we shall see.

Yesterday it so felt like it should have been Friday yet it was only Wednesday! Each day has been jam packed full this week so far ... maybe that's why I feel like it should be over?!

My knees and calves seem to feel a little better this morning. At least so far. I haven't asked them to do squats or lunges yet!! I'm feeling good. A little drop in the scale brought a smile to my face.

We now have full on rain here. I can hardly wait to see what our private road looks like. I do know our neighbor was in the process of plowing it when I came home last night and for that I am VERY grateful. The first half of the road wasn't done yet last night and it was a challenge to maneuver. I think we are supposed to be in the 40's today. Lots of snow to melt, we even have flood warnings.

I'd love to spend more time here but duty calls. Maybe this evening I'll have time to visit you all. I so enjoy reading your journals. They make me laugh, touch my heart, and encourage me on. Thank you for the time YOU take to write them.

Almost Friday Carol, and congrats on a drop, it does make us feel good even though we are so much more than the number on the scale. That's a lesson I hae to constantly remind myself. Hope you get through all the stuff on your to do list.

I still can't do the lunges in Pilates. My knees hurt. I'm thinking if they hurt I shouldn't do it. Instead I do a couple yoga poses die hole she does lunges.

day old coffee does not a confession make- day old donuts...yes. You sound good and determined. Bravo on the exercise.

If yesterday was Friday that means tomorrow will feel like Monday or something like that ... nahh... I seem to always know when it's Friday even tho the rest of the days get muddled. Warmed over coffee... hmmm....
