I did it! I made my goal for the week. I hope to continue to lose this week and maybe get to my fatsecret goal of 170 by next week. Yesterday I did the 4 mile with Leslie sansone in an hour. Today I am going to do a workout with Gilad. He always works me out real good. Can't wait to get to that goal. I actually can't wait to see 175. Don't know why but that number to me is a huge milestone. Anyways I need to go eat. Hope to see 175 by tomorrow and maybe 173 by saturday.
