I was not going to weigh in this morning. BUT I thought whatever I did made the scale go up so I am going to put it in there in the effort for full disclosure. It is ok, I will survive. I had too many calories at dinner yesterday, I also had bread 2x yesterday. I know my body can't handle bread(at least not the kind I like- bleached white bread). So today I plan to exercise and eat right, I plan to take my vit b and c to help with my moods. I am attempting to go off of my depression medicine I have been on for a couple months. B's and C's helped before. I am also going to Whole foods to get something else to help. Personally, I never like to take drugs so I always try to find the natural alternative.

So my goals from yesterday still stand, I will be 176 by Friday! I will!

Good for you!!! I've been debating whether or not to put my weight in cause it too went up a bit after the weekend. Nothing disasterous but up nonetheless. This is an ogoing journey ... we both know that ... and there are bound to be ups and downs. Sounds like you have a very healthy attitude and are not letting it get to you. That's wonderful. Good luck on the meds situation ... make sure you are taking care of yourself!!
