Wohoooo.... I made it through the weekend and consumed only what I should have consumed. Now granted what I did consume was not the healthiest choices, some of them, but I did do it in moderation. The weekends are usually harder for me as I can imagine they are for anyone. It's family outings, cookouts and everyone around me just being hungry all the time.
