Super Bowl Sunday + chicken wings = diet disaster. What is it going to take to make me stop overeating certain things?

I'm not sure it's humanly possible to actually limit chicken wing intake. Face it, they're delicious. Don't stress about one occasion. Personally, if I know there are certain foods that I have trouble limiting, I make sure I at least limit the occasions I am able to eat them & that's good enough for me.

Sigh... I didn't eat a chicken wing and had no real compusion to do so! For the fist time ever... ate very little at the SB festivities. I don't know why... it just didn't look that good to me.

on days like yesterday at the parties it is a good to look at what you've accomplished and recognize that you done good. So it knocks you back a few days...at least you know you are way ahead of last year

Talking about marshmallows yesterday I ended eating some chocolate covered strawberries and marshmallows. I think on party days we need to be easy about it...Pick something we love, treat ourself and get back to our regular routine the next day? You actually do very well as I am truly amazed at your weight history how consistant you truly are. TOWANDA!!!!
