I am staying at 183....for now. Hoping to do more exercising today. My class was canceled last night so I was bummed. I worked out a good bit yesterday. I am hoping that I can get back in the swing of daily life today. It has been hard getting off of vacation mode. I am also going to the grocery store to get some good food finally. We were out of groceries the last 2 days so I kinda ate whatever.

Goals, by Friday to be 182.
To continue to not eat past 7:30pm
To not eat out all week. (I am so sick of eating out.)

Well you have a GREAT plan!!! Grocery shopping is a good thing!! It is difficult to get back into the swing of things after vacation or basically any time away from our routines. It's okay that you are still 183!! You went on vacation and maintained!! FANTASTIC!!!
