my lowest weight since children! i must have been retaining water because you can't lose 1kg in one day can you?

Thanks guys love how everyone here is so supportive! Alot of people around me don't understand me wanting to improve myself and go back to how i was and just say stop being silly u look fine.

Don't let them get you down. Feeling good physically and mentally is very important. By exercising and eating better your setting a great example for your family.
