I'm under 200!!! 199.4 this morning so I am officially claiming under 200 by my birthday!! It feels great!!! Now, I may fluctuate a bit up and down but still ... it is PROGRESS!! Tonight my hubby and I are going out to celebrate my birthday. He has to work nights next week and Monday through Saturday so that pretty much shoots next week. I'm thinking about a good steak dinner ... it sounds soooo good!!!

I am soooooo happy for you, you have lost 40 pounds, you are UNDER 200 pounds in time for your birthday. What a present! Your weight loss chart history has always been an inspiration and encouragement to me plus your journals are full of insight and wise words. Yes, a steak sound yummy and you deserve it. Thank you Ladies!!! I am sooooooo excited!! It is very cool to see the number "1" lead my weight instead of "2"!! Only .6 lbs below that "2" but still ... I feel awesome!!

Outstanding news, we are on a race now to 50 lbs. Can you believe it? I have so much energy now,but more importantly going for a blood test this week- should be very interesting.
