This seems to happen every few days - there's a significant drop, followed by this period of, well, nothing. I'm not overly concerned, it just seems annoying, especially when I feel that I'm working hard.

I've been riding my bike to and from work now, despite rain, and yes, even snow! It's a 20 minute ride, either way, and going home is uphill the whole way. I love getting home and doing 20-30 minutes of yoga, followed by a hot bath. Let me tell you, I sleep well those nights!

I also think the "nothing" days have something to do with my work schedule. They almost always seem to coincide with my 10+ hour work days. Those are the days that the only "real" exercise I get is the bike ride to and from work. Granted, I'm standing around for 4+ hours and carrying things and climbing stairs, but this is stuff my body expects on these days.

Let's see what happens with the rest of this week and the beginning of next and see if my theory holds true!

Maybe that is how your body loses weight. As long as the scale is going down, that is great. You are doing very well.
