My weight has been the same for 16 days, down a couple of ounces, then back up the same couple of ounces. It surprises me since I temporarily gave up wine 16 days ago, thinking that would make the difference for me in losing. I am eating no bread, potatoes, or sweets. Yes, tonight I did have gravy with the beef but had it on cauliflower, and green beans. For breakfast I had sauteed cabbage with 1 egg, salsa, and cheese, then 1 oz cashews. That's it. And I have been intermittent fasting 16 to 22 hours every day. Good thing I left myself time for my challenge. Exercise has been difficult with my back, but I am going to try a little, and drink more water. I just made some fresh hot tea, so guess I'll go have some.
