Ok. So after not feeling so great this week, and not working out and yoyo weigh ins all week, I am actually down 1.6 lbs from last Saturday. Not really the progress that one should have on Atkins, but I'll take it. I know that the less one has to loss, too, that the less one will lose in induction as well.
So, I will keep up the program, and start P90X round 2 on Monday. I hope to see a good number again next week!
