Damn that sinus infection!! I do need to try this fabulous cheesecake....maybe at the end of the month when I'm back to actually going down instead of making up for the Holidays!!! You're never a downer as far as I can tell by the way!

Sarasmum, totally Atkins friendly cheesecake. Made with splenda and an almond flour crust. Just as yummy as the original though. Nette, it was amazing. I was going to make one but Kurt beat me to it... I was 5 boxes of cream cheese but. I am afraid to make another. Russell doesn't like cheesecake so I'd eat it all!
