Another day...another little move down. All my efforts are starting to show in little ways.
I've committed to really REALLY doing exercise 4 days a week. Plus, the days I'm not doing an actual "workout," I'm walking for at least an hour and doing 20-30 minutes of yoga before bed. And I'm sticking to my plan of tracking my eating habits and not eating after 8pm. (My Tuesday evening at the movies was the one exception, but I'm not beating myself up for that!)
I'm doing things I love...and even though it's taken some time, it's become a habit. It's gotten to the point where I can't imagine NOT doing a workout or a yoga class that I've scheduled.
I'm feeling happy and I'm feeling healthy and I'm glad it's starting to show!
