Another tiny little drop! (Which I really don't deserve...)
I went out to the movies last night. I ate half a large bag of popcorn (with butter) and half a large ice tea. After, my friend and I went out to the bar where I had a Bellini. Then we shared some sweet potato fries, three mini burgers and a slice of heavenly chocolate ganache torte. All of which was delightful, but I went to bed with a slight tummy ache and the feeling that I was going to step on the scale this morning and it wasn't going to be pretty.
Weird...
I guess all the cardio I did yesterday before going out just forced my body to use all those calories.
