Hey all, just another day on the diet. I'm feeling better so I'll be heading to workout again this morning. I feel sluggish, but I'm fully expecting my friend to not let me slack off. We'll see how that goes.
I have a feeling my weight will start to even out as I come closer to 240 since that was a plateau for me at one point. I'll have to hit the exercise a bit harder, I'm sure.
I've entered Phase 2 and, so far, don't see a huge difference in the foods except for the morning cereal and oatmeal. I'm glad oatmeal was added back in because I love my Irish Steel Cut Oats and raisins/cranberries in the morning. Finally I feel like I'm eating what I'd eat anyways. Breakfast was unusual for me on Phase 1, but all feels right with the world again. :) The thing that caught my attention regarding cereal was the fact that the book specifically mentions not having Raisin Bran. I have Total Raisin Bran in the cupboard and was planning on having that. I also have Kashi Autumn Wheat so I might just switch it up with those until they're gone. OK, so maybe that'll be my minor cheat, but I don't feel a bowl of Total in the morning with soy milk is that big of a cheat (at least until I stop losing). :)

Oh boy, you have been missing your breakfast. Welcome to phase two. Stay on the wagon!!!! And don't worry about the plateau, you're going to bust right through it!

Sorry for the confusion. I haven't been missing breakfast. I just meant that the foods I had been eating were unusual. I always eat breakfast after I workout. Ugh, I wouldn't make it long without breakfast. :)
